Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the front of house team for breakfast, breaks, lunches, and occasional receptions/dinners, ensuring smooth, efficient service according to standards in partnership with the signature venue team
Supervise waitstaff: provide training, pre-service briefings, create work schedules, motivate team for excellent service in a positive environment
Manage reservations, ensure booking accuracy, communicate dietary restrictions to culinary team
Report on volume of activity and projections
Train and supervise staff
Liaise with the kitchen
Manage ambiance
Handle customer issues to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
Ensure exceptional, unobtrusive customer service for high-level executives and external guests
