Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the front of house team for breakfast, breaks, lunches, and occasional receptions/dinners, ensuring smooth, efficient service according to standards in partnership with the signature venue team
  • Supervise waitstaff: provide training, pre-service briefings, create work schedules, motivate team for excellent service in a positive environment
  • Manage reservations, ensure booking accuracy, communicate dietary restrictions to culinary team
  • Report on volume of activity and projections
