Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a full-time master's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university, graduating December 2026 or later
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
  • Highly data-driven, analytical mindset with great attention to detail and passion for data integrity
  • Technically astute, solid communicator, intellectually curious, and fast learner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Snowflake and Power BI preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Power Platform) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the DT Business Operations Lead and leadership team to manage and accelerate operational rhythms and processes for Digital Technology, a global organization of over 1,500 employees
  • Utilize a strong understanding of business processes, services, and technology to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, standardization, and automation
  • Analyze business performance data and develop insights to inform decision-making
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation processes
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders
  • Participate in stakeholder communications by preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and documenting outcomes
