  • Participation in EH&S, PPI, Lean activities, including reporting hazards, tier meetings, and 5S initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital transformation and process automation within the European Distribution Center (EDC)
  • Develop and implement automated systems for EDC departments to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze current distribution processes and find opportunities for automation
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure optimal performance of implemented automations through maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on the use of automated systems
  • Work closely with IT and operations to integrate automations into existing workflows
  • Communicate directly with other EDC departments (e.g., planning, customer care, service, QA) as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of information learned during work
  • Meet deadlines for tasks with clear timelines
