Requirements

Solid hands-on experience in Architecting, designing and deploying IaaS, PaaS, Virtualization Technologies, Private and Public Cloud design, Cyber security solutions, Data & AI solutions (In-depth experience in one area and basic understanding of the IT infrastructure stack)
Industry Certifications on Virtualization, Cloud and Containers
French/German/Spanish language skills
Ability to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive the conversation/discussion
Possess technical writing skills to publish required documents
Strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations and balance the needs of the customer & HPE teams (Sales/Pursuit/Delivery)

Responsibilities

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
Deliver technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs
Understand customers’ businesses and act as trusted advisor to create and maintain effective customer relationships for customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing technical knowledge and methodologies based on customer project experience
Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers
Maintain consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and assist in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Interact with sales/pursuit/Presales team to understand customer requirements, review RFPs and solution requirements
Deliver best-in-class technology solutions to solve customer business challenges while meeting HPE business objectives
Take part in solution preparation to deliver technical value and expertise to HPE’s large customer base and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments
Work independently or across teams to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Participate in a chosen technical community or profession to expand technical knowledge, business acumen, and professional network
Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quotes and SoW for in-pursuit deals
Develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery to exempted customers as Solution Architect with the country Pursuit Team
Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency
Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposal development
