Responsibilities

  • Support project management: assist in department projects and setup of "proof of concept" test programs
  • Produce marketing intelligence: contribute to analysis supports, ad hoc studies, educational materials, and articles on marketing expertise, social platforms, creativity, and content production in music
  • Strategic operational follow-up: participate in operational monitoring and execution of global digital marketing strategy, including development and deployment of marketing tools, and tracking/reporting their usage and performance
  • Benchmarking, audits & monitoring: conduct benchmarks, write directives for local Digital Marketing Managers, perform competitive audits and monitoring to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate on deployment of marketing tools or new services
  • Ensure follow-up and reporting on usage and performance of tools
  • Develop deep expertise in social platforms, video, and audio streaming
