Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or last year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
May hold intermediate-level certification(s) in work field
Windows Server OS experience (Linux/Unix experience will be considered an advantage)
Experience in Active Directory management
Privileged Access Management principles knowledge and experience
Public Key Infrastructure Knowledge
Knowledge in Multi Factor Authentication principles
Knowledge of Identity Management and corresponding processes and technologies
Knowledge of the Information Security principles
Basic WLAN, TCP/IP, Firewall Rules, Networks knowledge and experience
Knowledge of ITIL

Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management service support
Handling of Incidents and Service Requests submitted at the DXC standard ticketing systems
Create, modify and disable/delete user access based on approved process
Regular Infrastructure Health Checks
System Monitoring & Diagnostic
Issue coordination and Incident documentation
