Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and high-volume data entry experience
Fast, accurate alpha-numeric typing skills
Comfortable working in a production environment and with technology
Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies
Takes initiative and pride in their work
Thrives in a team environment and is motivated by results
Capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines
Familiarity with document imaging software (desired but not required)

Responsibilities

Classifying scanned documents by checking form fields and inputting information into pre-defined fields
Ensuring the quality of scanned documents
Processing documents while maintaining accuracy as guaranteed in client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Matching corresponding paperwork to accounts and applying appropriate business rules
Adhering to all governmental regulations and company policies and procedures
Protecting organizational assets and maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Upholding ethical standards and complying with business principles
Assisting in other operational areas as needed
