Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital algorithms and systems for High-speed SERDES, focusing on optimizing performance and efficiency
Analyze and optimize DSP algorithms for low-power, high-performance, and real-time processing constraints on embedded platforms or hardware
Collaborate with the software team to provide programming sequences for the digital hardware blocks
Conduct simulations and performance testing of DSP algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and System Verilog
Define synthesis constraints for modules and SOC and collaborate with Synthesis and Physical Design teams for implementation
