Requirements

  • Degree in Software Engineering or Data Science
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to solve business issues and vulgarize results for a large and diverse audience
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain analytics to Product Owners and Software Engineering teams, and interact with Data Engineers on technical details
  • SQL, Snowflake, Big Query
  • Experience with App Dynamics, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Ability to manipulate data and create meaningful visualizations
  • Aftermarket services understanding
  • Basic programming skills in any language
  • Top Candidates Will Also Have
  • Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products
  • Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision
  • Tableau and any data visualization software

  • Ability to work independently and reach out in a timely and relevant manner

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and implementing business requirements to benchmark a portfolio of applications
  • Analyzing feedback and data sets
  • Providing business recommendations to internal partners based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Improving, enhancing and developing specific datasets based on opportunities
  • Driving process improvement and automation of lead generation application
  • Coordinating with Data & BI Team Users data support and training
  • Collaborating with software engineering, product, and data science teams to create visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights into how applications are used
  • Helping shape the development backlog and drive improvements in user experience
