Minimum 4 years of experience in the areas of DevOps, release engineering or development infrastructure
Strong knowledge in Java, Git, Maven or Gradle, and Jenkins
Experience with Apache, Nginx and Tomcat in Unix/Linux environments (plus)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (advantage)
Experience working with Public Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud (advantage)

Work with developers, test engineers, project managers and technical leads
Understand and refine release engineering related requirements (CI/CD, builds, development and test environments)
Design and implement solutions
Clearly document deliverables
Enhance the team’s development infrastructure towards modern cloud environments and an increased level of automation
Stay abreast of new technologies
Integrate new technologies with the platform to further enhance the usability and efficiency of the software development lifecycle of BlackRock’s public web ecosystem
