Requirements

4+ years of proven experience with Workday integration development and support
Strong understanding of Workday HCM
Extensive experience in developing Workday integrations (EIBs, core connectors, cloud connectors, Studio integrations)
Deep understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and PRISM analytics
Familiarity with Workday web services (SOAP and REST APIs)
Solid understanding of Workday security model to manage ISSG/ISU with integration concepts
Knowledge in defining custom developments with Studio integrations and BIRT development skills
Strong knowledge in web developments and data formats including XML/JSON, WSDL, SSL, SAML, and HTTP protocols
Expertise in managing data transformations, optimizations with XSLT and its attributes
Strong knowledge and understanding of Integration architecture to build custom integrations
Excellent hands-on experience in data conversions and data transformations into Workday from external/legacy systems
Willingness to work in a Sun model to adapt to Global workflow business model; Ability to work and resolve incidents and cases to provide production support
