Following an agile methodology for delivering features within sprints
Serving as a technical leader/key contributor with input on technical design decisions
Acting as a liaison to stakeholders, primarily other development teams
Determining own work priorities
Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Enabling faster delivery of reliable, performant, and scalable software products
