Responsibilities

Assicurare l’approvvigionamento dei materiali diretti nel rispetto delle politiche e procedure aziendali nonchè delle normative fiscali e legali in vigore ottimizzando i fattori prezzo, qualità e servizio
Mantenere e monitorare gli adeguati livelli inventariali
Supportare le attività di monitoraggio dei materiali obsoleti / slow mover
Analizzare i requisiti di materiali diretti e gestire il rilascio della richiesta di acquisto, l’emissione degli ordini ed il loro follow up sulle base delle condizioni pattuite nell’ordine stesso
Informare prontamente l’utente richiedente di eventuali modifiche effettuate dal fornitore in tema di quantità, date di consegna, e/o altri termini logistico/commerciali
Fornire il supporto necessario alle funzioni aziendali maggiormente impattate dalle proprie attività sviluppate quali: reparto Planning, Finance, Warehouse, QA/QC, Facilities&Utilities, GET, MSAT
Supportare la stesura del budget annuale degli acquisti diretti
