Requirements

University degree and proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
Fluent in Hungarian and English
Proven experience in demand and supply planning, ideally in FMCG/FMCH
Strong analytical mindset and project/change management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Leadership experience and team management with a passion for mentoring and team development
Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools (SAP APO/IBP, Excel, PBI, etc.) and data integration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in organizational transformation or change management
Understanding of regulatory and compliance in FMCH
Familiarity with warehouse & distribution, customer service, SC operations

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end demand planning (volume & value) and market supply processes
Drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level improvements
Facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Planning teams
Own planning inputs for new product introductions and lifecycle management
Ensure compliance with SOPs and support digitalization and automation initiatives
