Requirements
Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects, particularly in new-age business environments. Strong leadership and operational skills are essential, along with experience in client relations and process improvement. A technical background in AI/ML data workflows and operations is advantageous.
Responsibilities
The Delivery Manager will own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards, and partnering with Account Delivery DRI to create work plans and resource allocation strategies. They will lead weekly client reviews, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback, implement and iterate on project SOPs, design and monitor KPIs, create reusable frameworks, and lead, mentor, and develop teams of project managers and technical staff. Furthermore, they will work closely with Horizontal Program Managers, coordinate with fulfillment teams, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with ML engineering teams to ensure data integrity and optimize annotation guidelines.
