Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
Minimum 12+ years of experience with SAP in either Technical or any Functional area
Experience in Implementation of SI/AD Projects
Experience in managing resources and leading teams of 50+
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs
Ability to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and platforms
Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling
15 years full time education
Should have worked in India or Middle East geography and be aware of the nuances
Good to have: Allianz Business Suite

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of contracts or defined components to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments
Ensure service quality and efficiency
Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling
E2E delivery of contracts committed through DCSO by ATCI
MyWizard updates
Participate in DLR calls and present project status
Estimation of CRs and alignment before presenting to the design board
Manage conflicts between objects during delivery
Handle retrofit challenges
Drive SAP certification and harvesting across the project
Conduct proficiency assessment drives across the project
Lead Gen AI and Automation Initiatives
Work with various capabilities to organize trainings for niche skills based on pipeline demands for next 3-6 months
Provide RFP support across ME from the technical side
Coordinate with various teams, monitor service quality, and foster client relationships
