Receives and inspects deli shipments; displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli products following policies
Ensures all products are fresh, meet quality standards; checks for out-of-date products daily and follows salvage procedures
Stocks and rotates deli items to maintain variety in cooler shelves and display cases
Operates deli equipment safely; cleans and sanitizes equipment, food surfaces, rotisserie ovens, utensils, cases, and cooler throughout the department
