Requirements

Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses
Knowledge of food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures
Capability to maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to provide high level of customer service, answer questions, recommend products, and handle special orders
Skills to receive, inspect, display, stock, rotate, and store deli products
Commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), club standards, and daily execution like Grand Opening Look
Team-oriented with ability to work collaboratively, embrace inclusion and diversity, and maintain a friendly, positive attitude

Responsibilities

Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products and sample them
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments
Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh, meet quality standards, and check for out-of-date products daily
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli and display cases
Support club policies, ensure safe and positive environment, resolve member concerns, and escalate as appropriate
Carry out job functions as assigned, work as a team to achieve goals, and deliver GOLD club standards daily
