Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (required and must be maintained in good standing)

Responsibilities
Oversee deli operations and ensure adherence to company policies
Maintain product quality and freshness
Optimize inventory management, monitor levels, and execute timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper product handling
Execute merchandising to drive operational excellence
Maintain and execute deli operational standards for efficient production and high-quality prepared foods
Guarantee service excellence by ensuring daily execution of GOLD Member Standards and reinforcing key service behaviors
Create a positive Member experience by engaging with Members, addressing questions or concerns promptly, and escalating unresolved issues to a supervisor
Maintain Club Standards and contribute to club goals through accurate and consistent performance
Support financial performance through cost discipline, efficient task completion, and following best practices
