Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in decision intelligence or data-driven applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a user-centered design approach
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Familiarity with decision intelligence concepts and technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of users in the context of decision intelligence applications
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows
  • Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define product requirements and design specifications
  • Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices for decision intelligence products
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in decision intelligence and design
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
