Requirements

  • Already have the right to live and work in this country
  • At least 6 months combined relevant work experience in Global Sourcing or Category Management
  • College Graduates only
  • Base profile in Global Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or Global Procurement (preferred)
  • Utility and Procurement experience/background (nice-to-have)
  • Analytics skills (nice-to-have)
  • Report writing skills and communication (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively collect and archive customers’ utility invoices in a timely manner from electricity, gas, and water suppliers’ websites, emails, faxes, and mail
  • Request and collect half-hourly interval data from relevant providers on a regular basis, process it, and load it accurately and timely into the required system to support business processes
  • Fetch data such as prices from specific websites that publish those values
  • Upload information into the internal database, scan paper-based documents, and archive electronic versions
  • Update key managers automatically and regularly on data collection progress with supporting KPIs
  • Identify areas of improvement in established processes, involving key managers (Process Mapping)
  • Produce a Data Collection Manual for guidance on all aspects of the job and systems used
  • Perform all other duties assigned appropriate to the role's development and the individual
