At least 3 years work experience in Learning Operations or Training + Any HR domain (not as trainer)
Good communication skills
Mastery of HR domain course content and related courseware, certification as appropriate

Responsibilities

Build training content and deliver in-person/virtual classroom trainings
Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Work with operations, training, and quality teams to identify performance gaps related to functional/digital skills; analyze gaps and provide recommendations
Training Design and Development: Perform content research, create training outlines, develop evaluation measures, materials, knowledge assessments, and tests; identify non-traditional performance improvement initiatives; provide feedback on content and recommend improvements
Training Delivery: Deliver THR Academy Programs to new hires and existing staff in functional, digital, and industry domains; teach in blended learning environments (ILT, V-ILT, Social Learning); facilitate training programs translating expertise to knowledge/skills; deliver industry/domain/functional/client systems/process training; provide floor support and coaching to employees including leadership; proactively develop supplementary activities/modules; apply adult learning theory in 1:1 or group settings
Training Evaluation and Reporting: Gather data to measure program effectiveness; conduct assessments (Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2), pre/post-training exams per SLAs; monitor employee progress via performance indicators; prepare reports (effectiveness measures, completion reports, data analysis); provide floor support and communication coaching; develop communication assessment tools; proactively develop supplementary activities/modules
Apply expertise in specific business process capabilities: Execute learning processes and deliver sessions to meet service levels and KPIs
Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities/enhancements for business processes; develop/implement recommendations; analyze processes to define standards/reusable approaches and contribute to knowledge capital
