Requirements

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled cycle counts of inventory items in accordance with company policies
  • Record, analyze, and report count discrepancies; investigate root causes and document findings
  • Work with warehouse and purchasing teams to reconcile inventory variances
  • Update inventory records in the ERP/WMS system following count adjustments
  • Prepare and maintain cycle count logs, discrepancy reports, and supporting documentation
  • Assist in physical inventory audits and other inventory-related projects as required
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce future discrepancies and enhance inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards during inventory handling and counting
