Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (Must Have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of database management systems and their architecture
Experience with database backup and recovery techniques

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Install database management systems (DBMS)
Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations
Assist in the development of database policies and procedures
