Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. They must possess over 5 years of experience in developing data visualization solutions using Power BI, along with proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases such as AWS Redshift, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL Database. Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services, including AWS S3, Redshift, Lambda, and Azure Data Lake, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a plus, and certifications in Power BI are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Data Visualization Lead will develop and implement data visualization solutions using Power BI to provide insights into key business metrics and trends. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and reports. Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports will be a key duty, enabling users to explore data and extract actionable insights. The role involves working closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines for visualization purposes and leading the integration of Power BI with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Providing technical expertise and guidance on best practices for data visualization and conducting performance tuning of Power BI reports and dashboards will also be part of their responsibilities. Additionally, they will support ongoing maintenance of existing Power BI solutions and drive the adoption of data visualization best practices across the organization.
