Requirements

3+ years of experience in data structuring, solutions engineering, or related roles
Demonstrated expertise in building and managing Airtable bases, including automations, syncing tables between bases, scripting both within Airtable and using the Airtable API
Strong skills in data structuring, modeling, and optimization
Programming experience in Python and SQL
Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or SQLMesh
Ability to approach data problems analytically, with a background in Math, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into structured, reliable data solutions
Design, build, and maintain data tables in Airtable (front end) and in our data warehouse
Identify and implement data structures that can be scaled for usability across teams
Identify opportunities to streamline or automate workflows and improve data processes
Support integrations, automations, and workflows between Airtable and other platforms
Apply programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar) to enhance efficiency and data quality
Document data structures and processes to ensure transparency and team-wide knowledge sharing
Other duties as assigned
