Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Fluency in BigQuery/SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio
  • Strong foundational understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and/or experimentation
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with product, engineering, and non-technical partners
  • Familiarity with a language like R or Python, especially if you have experience writing Jupyter notebooks
  • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with forecasting models and operational capacity estimation
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts

Responsibilities

  • Define the right product and customer metrics to measure success and identify new areas of opportunity
  • Create scalable, self-serve dashboards to help cross-functional teams make data-driven decisions
  • Develop analytical models to support product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Develop forecasting models to estimate operational capacity over time, especially as we leverage AI to combat online threats
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and non-technical partners to drive product and business decisions
  • Work on identifying and mitigating digital threats and developing strategies to combat them
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the AI-native social engineering defense platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data analytics
  • Participate in quarterly team offsites and contribute to the company's mission to make the internet a safer place
