Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of data science solutions that improve supply chain forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and network efficiency
  • Manage and optimize data architecture across platforms including Google BigQuery, GCP, and SQL Server to ensure data integrity, scalability, and accessibility
  • Partner with IT, SC leadership, Finance, analytics and operations team to design robust ETL pipelines and ensure high-quality, well-structured datasets for analytics
  • Build and maintain demand forecasting, labor planning, and transportation optimization models that improve accuracy and reduce costs
  • Conduct network/scenario modeling and simulations to support decisions on distribution center design, sourcing, transportation routing, and capacity planning
  • Automate reporting and develop scalable dashboards for supply chain performance monitoring
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on modeling, coding, and data engineering best practices
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks, delivering clear, actionable insights to executives and operational leaders
  • Stay current with advancements in cloud computing, data architecture, and supply chain analytics
