Data Scientist

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions and recommendation systems, creating forecasting and classification models to drive business decisions, particularly in sales optimization and customer retention. They will build and maintain a diverse portfolio of machine learning models, including classification, forecasting, and regression systems for critical business applications, with a focus on creating propensity models to optimize conversion funnels and predictive models for attrition analysis and lifetime value estimation. The role involves extensive data exploration and analysis to support various business initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, and automating and productionizing machine learning pipelines for scalable solutions. Additionally, they will design and execute experiments to measure model performance, build content recommender systems, generative AI applications, and participate in data product development and data platform development.
