Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Econometrics, demonstrating outstanding analytical expertise and strong technical leadership, along with experience in quantitative analysis and a background in engineering, statistical, or technical fields. Knowledge of modeling techniques such as linear regression, time series regression, K-means, neural networks, decision trees, classification, machine learning, and deep learning is required, alongside proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.

Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist, the individual will enable better decisions using data, assist in solving client challenges such as performance management and product evolution, translate client requirements into actionable solutions or products, identify new business opportunities within clients, and manage the flow of information between departments through relational databases while maintaining data integrity. They will also lead prototyping, support pilot programs for R&D, develop creative scientific approaches to solve client business questions, push the boundaries of data to draw impactful insights, communicate effectively with clients, and present methodological and operational solutions to clients and executive leadership.
