Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience as a Data Science Manager, possess strong strategic data leadership skills, and have experience working with executive or C-level peers and managing stakeholders across various seniorities and disciplines. Familiarity with a variety of Data Science tools, including business intelligence, experimentation, causal inference, machine learning, and coding languages like Python and SQL, is required.

Responsibilities

The Data Science Manager will lead the development of exceptional data scientists and analysts focused on detecting and fighting financial crime, and will hire, develop, and retain talented data professionals. They will generate insights to guide customer operations strategy, provide data leadership in product development, build a strategic understanding of the business, and structure complex projects. Additionally, they will liaise with product and engineering managers to ensure appropriate data collection for business insights and champion the use of data to improve customer demand insights and help assistance.
