Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, project/account management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, data modeling)
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation tool)
Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, visualization best practices)
Strong proficiency in Power Automate (workflow automation, integration, scheduling)
Experience with data transformation or automation tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, or Python) is an advantage
Excellent ability to translate data into insights and visuals that support strategic and operational decisions
Effective communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset
Experience in shared services, operations, or performance reporting environments is an advantage (training provided)

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business planning, operational efficiency, and strategic goals
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and Excel
Develop robust data models and transformations using Power Query to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability
Automate manual reporting workflows using Power Automate to improve timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency
Uphold data visualization and reporting standards to ensure clarity and consistency across outputs
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business, financial, or operational performance
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive informed decision-making
Prepare and present executive-level reports and performance summaries tailored for diverse stakeholders
Support management with data-driven recommendations and scenario-based analysis
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and propose data-driven actions to enhance outcomes
Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions
Present analytical findings through compelling visuals and narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support the organization in adopting self-service reporting tools and strengthening data literacy
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports
Streamline data collection, transformation, and reporting processes through process optimization and automation
Document and continuously enhance reporting frameworks, workflows, and data governance practices
