Responsibilities

As a Data QA Associate, responsibilities include performing accurate and efficient data extraction, labeling, and cleaning from English emails to ensure high-quality data, monitoring and analyzing data trends for various merchants and vendors, investigating anomalies such as sudden drops or spikes in data volume, collaborating with teams in both China and the U.S. to ensure data consistency and quality, providing timely responses to analysts and clients' demands and inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies.
