Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (any field)
  • Excellent communication skills (open to fresh graduates)
  • Preferably 1 year of solid experience in Customer Service functions (Technical, Financial, Insurance, or similar)
  • Fluency in English; articulate and confident in expression

Responsibilities

  • Manage the global inbox of external privacy enquiries, ensuring quick and accurate categorisation by jurisdictional requirement and right exercised (assisted by online form process and ServiceNow configuration)
  • Liaise with the appropriate BU SPOC to collate relevant information in line with the request, as well as policies, toolkits, and templates provided by the Privacy Office
  • Pull together a draft response/disclosure bundle, including recommendations for exemptions in line with relevant legislation, for approval by the relevant BU SPOC and Privacy Office
  • Keep accurate, comprehensive, and timely case notes on actions taken, personnel contacted, and exemptions applied (including justifications)
  • Respond to requests on behalf of each BU within set timescales (28 calendar days for most jurisdictions)
  • Follow the escalation process set by the Privacy Office where SLAs are not met by BUs
  • Provide the Privacy Office with monthly MI measuring compliance with global requirements, broken down by BU (templates provided)
  • Raise any concerns, queries, or issues for immediate attention of the Privacy Office
  • Assist in audit reporting processes relevant to the above activities
  • Provide general updates, design flow, and enhancements (as necessary) in the systems used
