Requirements

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
Graduated from a well-regarded university (a plus)
Eligible to work within a shift system
0–1 years of experience or a strong interest in the Health and Safety field
Understanding of health and safety best practices and proactive approach to learning and applying them using AI
Ambitious individual with a growth mindset who embraces new technology and is excited to work in a fast-moving SaaS startup environment
Comfortable working independently (previous remote work experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data efficiently, providing insights that support and drive business needs
Understand operational problems and communicate effectively with other teams to enable smooth collaboration
Deliver timely reports, including weekly and monthly performance summaries of accounts
Manage team projects and present progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Monitor and track KPIs to ensure targets are being met
Use JIRA to report and communicate business issues clearly within the team and other teams
Monitor and report on AI model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability
