Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years of college (no back subjects/incomplete units)
Minimum of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Able to follow compliance requirements for data and information security
Applicants must be willing to work in flexible/rotating schedule including weekends depending on business needs

Responsibilities

Input data in a data entry system to capture traffic accident information following specific keying instructions
Ensure work conforms to client’s requirements on accuracy and efficiency
Follow set instructions and processes to complete work
Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess using standard procedures, and make sound decisions
Perform routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail with high level of concentration
Perform repetitive tasks in a quota-driven production environment
Understand how assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams
Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
