Responsibilities

Input data in a data entry system to capture traffic accident information following specific keying instructions
Ensure work conforms to client’s requirements on accuracy and efficiency
Follow set instructions and processes to complete work
Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess using standard procedures, and make sound decisions
Perform routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail with high level of concentration
Perform repetitive tasks in a quota-driven production environment
Understand how assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams
Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
