Requirements
- Experienced in defining architectures and leading cross-functional projects requiring coordination, planning, and scheduling
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment
- Skilled in planning and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve systems
- Proficient in preparing As-Is, To-Be, Gap analysis, SWOTs, charts, diagrams, and tables depicting systems in terms of costs, benefits, and tasks
- Expertise in driving initiatives across functional agency systems, IT groups, and state entities
- Knowledgeable in providing options for architectural solutions and designing/implementing methods to meet business needs
- Capable of evaluating current/future solutions, applications, technologies, and establishing requirements/planning objectives
- Experienced in developing IT operations and management information system plans
- Skilled in overseeing development, analysis, and revision of design procedures, program codes, test procedures, and quality standards
- Able to translate business strategy into technical strategy and define end-to-end technology architectures
- Provides architectural expertise on strategic planning, policy decisions, and recommendations for systems direction
- Experienced in analyzing/defining disaster recovery responsibilities and procedures
- Skilled in articulating future state, understanding current state, identifying gaps, and developing closure approaches
- Assists in IT planning and justification preparation
- Good experience in developing real-time data visualization platforms and tools
- Owns and drives MDM, Data Governance, Big Data, and Cloud Data Management
- Develops data integration processes using ETL platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Informatica, Snowflake)
- Solid experience in emerging/traditional data stack: batch/real-time ingestion, ETL/ELT, orchestration tools, on-prem/cloud DW, Python, structured/semi/unstructured databases
- Experience creating business solutions using CDI platform ensuring high quality and scalability
- Works with EA team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions based on enterprise blueprint
- Assists operational teams in troubleshooting mission-critical run-time environments
- Monitors CDI services/run-time components for high performance, throughput, and availability
- Collaborates with global EIM/IT teams for MDM/Governance deliverables and continuous improvement
- Drives excellence and continuous improvement in deliverable quality
- Defines/manages project deliverables to optimize data usage
Responsibilities
