Responsibilities

Deliver customer value by producing data and analytics from the Dark Web and driving alerting
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six engineers focused on Dark Web data collection and analysis
Coordinate and oversee the development and maintenance of web harvesting and data processing applications and pipelines
Partner with the Product Manager to manage project timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity researchers and other engineering units
Address and resolve elevated client escalations
