1+ years of experience writing SQL queries (Redshift or PostgreSQL)

Responsibilities

Construct datasets using SQL queries, views, and stored procedures (working with Redshift and PostgreSQL, with support from senior team members)
Help develop data pipelines for data ingestion and reporting, using AWS services (such as Glue) and Python
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and help translate them into data solutions
Build reusable data tools and participate in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing
Implement security components and requirements through automation up-front as part of all solutions being developed
Stay current on industry best practices and latest technologies and translate them into data platform improvements
Work with other engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation
Use GenAI solutions (such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot) to assist with code development, troubleshooting, and learning new technologies, accelerating productivity and enhancing code quality
