Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a technical data-oriented role
  • Perfect mastery of Python and SQL
  • Comfortable in cloud environments
  • Experience building robust data pipelines
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices, testing, modularization, and CI/CD
  • Strong product/business culture and ability to listen to business teams' needs
  • Rigorous, benevolent, comfortable with documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and make reliable scalable, documented, and performant data pipelines
  • Lead a strategic project to industrialize customer data, structuring HR data for client-accessible dashboards in the application, ensuring readability, security, and reliability
  • Implement automated data quality processes: validation, monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection
  • Evolve the data stack by integrating best practices (testing, modularization), exploring new tools, and adapting to business teams' needs
  • Optimize performance and costs of processing and storage (S3, Postgres warehouse) while ensuring infrastructure stability
  • Strengthen data compliance and security in line with RGPD and ISO 27001 requirements (anonymization, access rights, log management, etc.)
  • Facilitate internal teams' data access (via Metabase) by developing reliable, clear, and documented models
