Requirements
Candidates are required to have at least 3 years of experience in data engineering, with demonstrated expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Vertex AI. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with experience using DBT and Cloud Composer (Airflow). Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is also desired.
Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer GCP at SFEIR, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust and scalable data pipelines on GCP, implementing ETL/ELT solutions with DBT on BigQuery, orchestrating data workflows with Cloud Composer, establishing monitoring and observability for data platforms, and participating in the modernization of client data architectures. You will also contribute to the development of data lakes and data warehouses, and potentially work on real-time data solutions with Pub/Sub.
