Requirements

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
  • Successfully launched 2 or more complex Data Cloud programs delivering measurable lift in marketing performance or advisor efficiency
  • 5+ years in enterprise data architecture roles, with hands-on experience in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, or related tools
  • Experience modeling DMOs, household structures, beneficial ownership, and FSC extensions like Person Account and KYC
  • Proven ability to implement or prototype zero-ETL integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, or lakehouse platforms, including real-time data pipelines (Event Relay, Change Data Capture)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
  • Experience surfacing real-time profile cards or recommended actions in Agentforce (Service Cloud Console) (preferred)
  • Salesforce Integration Architect or Data Architect certifications (or working toward CTA) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with U.S. banking and insurance regulations (OCC, NAIC, NCUA) (preferred)
  • Previous consulting experience with banks, credit unions, or wealth management organizations (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions and define scalable, secure Data Cloud architectures across Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and lake-house ecosystems
  • Design and implement data ingestion patterns, identity resolution strategies, DMOs for Individuals and Organizations, and calculated insights
  • Build real-time integrations across Salesforce clouds and external platforms to power next-best-action, personalization, and predictive service
  • Define and maintain profile, engagement, product/asset domains and their upstream sources, SLAs, and consent models
  • Architect zero-ETL, federated-data connections with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery to reduce latency and duplication
  • Align solution design with enterprise governance, privacy (GLBA, CCPA, GDPR), and compliance standards in collaboration with InfoSec teams
  • Facilitate client workshops, scope project work, and co-author statements of work
  • Present architectural decisions and technical trade-offs to C-level stakeholders in a clear, ROI-driven narrative
  • Serve as a mentor to Zennify consultants and developers, helping scale knowledge and elevate solution quality
  • Prototype and test emerging Data Cloud features such as Einstein Studio, Data Graph, and Prompt Builder
  • Contribute to internal IP by packaging reusable assets, delivery accelerators, and architectural patterns
  • Collaborate with Zennify’s pre-sales and GTM teams to align delivery capabilities with market opportunities
