Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school graduate or equivalent degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination, and 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, and logistics. They must be tech-savvy with knowledge of data center issues, possess mandatory hands-on experience in Excel, and hold a mandatory BGV clearance.

Responsibilities

The Data Center Coordinator will manage disk lifecycle and ingest operations in alignment with operational requirements, overseeing disk procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. They will monitor data upload and segregation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy, coordinate teams through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation, and effectively communicate updates and statuses to internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
