Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead meetings and drive resolution
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a production-oriented environment
Project management experience (formal certification not required)
High growth potential and willingness to learn; industry experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to the design, development, and delivery of data analytics projects across product and sales data domains
Translate business requirements into actionable data queries and analyses using SQL and Excel
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve data issues, validate datasets, and support stakeholder inquiries
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across Scion and legacy platforms
Support data validation efforts for manufacturer-supplied datasets and internal reporting pipelines
Own and manage small-to-medium scale projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery
Collaborate with offshore teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business needs
Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
