Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to lead meetings and drive resolution
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a production-oriented environment
  • Project management experience (formal certification not required)
  • High growth potential and willingness to learn; industry experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to the design, development, and delivery of data analytics projects across product and sales data domains
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data queries and analyses using SQL and Excel
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve data issues, validate datasets, and support stakeholder inquiries
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across Scion and legacy platforms
  • Support data validation efforts for manufacturer-supplied datasets and internal reporting pipelines
  • Own and manage small-to-medium scale projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
