Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and advanced experience with Data Storage and Data Archiving (DSDA). A high level of proficiency with MS Office products is required, along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in a corporate culture, strong understanding of Linux, PICK, and SQL Server, and the ability to write BASH and Python scripts.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst / Programmer will process repair order history and archived document extraction and compilation within a team of associates. They will assist with specialized data transfer and large DSDA extraction sets, review findings, and provide process coaching related to DSDA extracted documents. A key responsibility is to ensure dealership employee follow-through.
