Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong SQL skills, with exposure to large datasets and complex joins/aggregations
Proven track record of developing impactful dashboards and data solutions in Tableau
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and translate data insights into strategic recommendations
Familiarity with the healthcare domain (strong plus)
Python programming experience for scripting, automation, or advanced analytics (plus)
Understands how security and privacy laws such as HIPAA affect their work and how to handle sensitive data including PHI and PII
Relevant experience with health data analysis including querying, cleaning, and visualizing data
Proficiency with tools: Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Jupyter Notebook, Jira, Github

Responsibilities

Leads requirements gathering and development of analytics supporting complex globally used products
Leads and defines the strategic direction for their product area
Manages the analytics roadmap for their product area and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables and meet project deadlines
Defines, develops, and deploys queries to support the analysis of data for a variety of products
Leads data model creation and maintenance for complex analytics and data management processes for analytics projects/products
Conducts QA and participates in cross-product risk analysis and mitigation
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, user experience and design, and engineering to understand customer needs, wrangle data, solve problems, and create data products
