Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with large-scale datasets
Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) and SQL (optimized queries) skills
Proven experience with A/B testing, statistical hypothesis testing, and experimental design
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Understanding of ML model performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Background in mathematics, physics, or engineering
Analytical depth paired with creative problem-solving
Passion for uncovering insights that improve ML system accuracy

Experience with AWS Redshift or other cloud data warehouses

Responsibilities

Extract, process, and optimize large datasets from AWS Redshift
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize model performance and business metrics
Conduct A/B tests and apply statistical methods to evaluate model outcomes
Develop and maintain datasets and metrics for model validation and fraud scoring
Create tools to enhance model evaluation, monitoring, and reporting
Improve data infrastructure for accuracy, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to drive informed decisions
