Requirements

The Data Analyst position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst, an interest in the freight industry, strong working knowledge of SQL, and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Heap, or Amplitude. Exposure to software engineering principles, including version control and code reviews, is also required, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at CloudTrucks, you will own end-to-end reporting, including building data pipelines and creating data visualizations. You will collaborate with Product development teams to build and launch data analytics products, and work cross-functionally to develop KPIs and conduct complex analyses to improve processes and make product decisions. Furthermore, you will communicate insights and recommendations to various audiences and contribute to engineering efforts by helping PMs and engineers build metrics for LLM-powered products, analyze user adoption, and identify opportunities for product improvement, as well as support operations and business consultants in assisting drivers.
