Requirements

Candidates should possess ERP Implementation & Support skills, including configuring, implementing, and providing ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. They should also demonstrate strong Business & System Analysis capabilities, encompassing requirement gathering, process documentation, and workflow optimization. Furthermore, candidates must have experience in Data Migration & Testing, Client Training & Consultancy, and Project Coordination & Reporting, with the ability to manage multiple projects, provide regular updates, and escalate critical issues. Familiarity with AL coding, Power BI, or Power Platform is a plus, along with basic knowledge of financial processes and experience with Agile methodologies or ERP project coordination.

Responsibilities

The D365 Business Central Functional Consultant will support the current client base by providing product support for both standard and developed areas of the system, undertaking consultant-based work involved in new projects, including analysis of requirements, documenting requirements, data migration support, involvement in design work leading to the production of a TDD, flow testing, training, UAT setup and support, and implementation. They will also contribute to pre-sales efforts, create technical design documents, conduct demos, assist in business development, and join the team to enjoy various benefits and perks.
