  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years in cloud IAM
  • Solid foundation in network security principles, tools, and best practices
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Protection
  • Strong understanding of all IT domains including infrastructure, applications, databases, and cloud services
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to communicate highly technical security concepts to non-security audiences (top candidates)
  • Experience with environments containing diverse applications and many types of users (Workforce IAM & Customer IAM) (top candidates)
  • Professional information security certification (e.g., CISSP, IDPro/CIDPRO Certification) (top candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, lead, and provide guidance to team members on varied Cybersecurity processes and initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Provide program and project leadership for cybersecurity efforts and stakeholder updates
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for cybersecurity implementations
  • Facilitate and document requirements, develop project charters and scope documents, and communication plans
  • Provide change management techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and business unit adoption
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior cybersecurity staff
